Overview:
Leading food manufacturing company in Philadelphia Pa is looking for a Maintenance Mechanic to join their team! 5 years experience with electrical, mechanical and industrial maintenance are encourage to apply. Be apart of groundbreaking work!
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and installing all electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Locate and repair all items necessary
- Performing inventory and stock checks for required materials, parts, and equipment
- Collecting and analyzing data for written reports
- Attending daily meetings and scheduling training workshops where required
- Sourcing replacement parts and liaising with vendors
- Controlling downtime by communicating with staff and implementing contingency measures
- Ensuring all procedures and processes adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Assisting with training of all new hires
- Support operations and the company in any facet necessary
- Good teamwork skills with a positive attitude
- Other duties as assigned
- 5 years’ experience as an Industrial Mechanic
- Experience or training in Mechatronics a plus
- Experience working in an industrial manufacturing setting (food, pet food, or pharmaceutical a plus)
- Come from a food manufacturing background.
