Responsibilities
- Support HR Services functions including talent acquisition administration, responding to customer inquiries, advising on HR policies, and executing transactions.
- Assist with daily attendance tracking, FMLA administration reports, and onboarding/orientation support, including preparing documentation and conducting presentation.
- Manage insurance enrollment/billing administration, employee support requests, and act as backup for front desk/phone support.
- Respond promptly to employee calls, emails, and mail using SAP CRM and SuccessFactors, providing guidance on HR-related topics and benefits.
- Administer global HR transactions in SAP HR and SuccessFactors, including address changes, new hires, reimbursements, and employment verification.
- Maintain and create process documentation, HR guides, and knowledge articles tailored to regional HR processes and communicate updates through the employee website.
- Microsoft Office experience required
- Knowledge of HRIS systems, SAP HR and SAP CRM; SuccessFactors preferred
- Fluent in spoken and written English; Haitian Creole or Spanish a plus
- Strong communication, presentation, and training skills
- Team player with ability to promote a professional work environment
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects independently
- Problem-solving skills and excellent customer service abilities
- Ability to coach/train employees on processes and procedures
- Flexibility to work day shifts, with some evenings or early mornings to support a 24/7 Plant
