System One is currently seeking a
Project Manager on a 12 month contract position located in Denver, CO.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the budget schedule planning, quality and risk on a wind turbine project that needs to be rebuilt, however, this role would expand into other projects as they come up throughout the year.
- The contractor will be working with engineering to review Vestas designs.
- Works with plant operations, either onsite or remote.
- Works with operations, insurance adjusters and Vestas (vendor performing work).
- Will work with engineers.
- Most of the resource's time/interaction will be with plant operations. This work will with be on-site or remote, depending on how they manage their project and who they have assisting them.
- Will be working in SAP as well as Bluebeam (PDF editor).
Project Manager Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- 5-7 years experience cradle to grave project management with planning and executing projects.
- BS degree in engineering (civil, mechanical or electrical) is required or commensurate experience/background.
- Cross functional team experience.
- Must have a valid DL and a reliable mode of transportation to travel to/from different sites.
- PMP certification preferred in addition to a PE license.
- Travel required in the Denver metro area to 2-2.5 hours in the Denver area.
Duration: 12 months
Location: Denver, CO
Pay Rate: $85-90/hr
