Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for complex cloud software systems
- Lead system, integration, and performance testing activities across multiple releases in a secure environment
- Coordinate and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with mission stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet requirements
- Document defects, monitor remediation progress, and verify fixes throughout the development lifecycle
- Collaborate with development teams, analysts, and program leadership in an Agile environment, participating in Scrum ceremonies
- Utilize Jira for test case tracking, defect management, and workflow updates, and interface with GitHub repositories for build validation
- Provide detailed test reports, risk assessments, and readiness recommendations to leadership
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in software testing, including test plan development and execution
- Proven experience with system, integration, and performance testing cycles
- Hands-on expertise with writing and executing test scripts and plans for complex projects
- Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira for defect management
- Experience with GitHub for version control and build validation
- Active Full-Scope Polygraph security clearance (no exceptions)
- Technical writing skills demonstrated through supporting documentation
- Experience deploying applications in cloud environments and developing data-driven analytics
