Responsibilities
- Oversee and contribute to large-scale dispatchable projects such as combustion turbines.
- Provide electrical expertise, focusing on evaluating project drawings and handling RFIs across multiple projects.
- Support project activities related to large projects near Mead, CO.
Requirements
- 9+ years of electrical engineering experience
- 3+ years specifically in the dispatchable generation project space (construction or engineering design)
- Willing to travel to the site as needed
- Bachelor’s degree from an ABET accredited school or strong/commensurate experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills along with analytical skills to resolve questions, troubleshoot design conflicts, etc.
- Knowledge of/Familiarity with NCRs, RFIs, and the ability to understand and manage the scope of a contract
- Experience working with utilities or design firms on dispatchable technologies, especially large-frame combustion turbines
