Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate entry and management of the customer database, including data entry and updates in compliance with regulations.
- Generate customer correspondence and distribute information efficiently.
- Create and manage customer eligibility records within the database.
- Review enrollment information to ensure all data meets compliance standards and requirements.
- Audit insurance card data, perform envelope stuffing for mailing insurance cards, and assist with related clerical tasks.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding enrollment and record updates.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned, supporting team operations.
Requirements
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Successful completion of Health Care Sanctions background check.
- High school diploma or equivalency required; two years of administrative experience in healthcare, insurance, or medical groups preferred.
