Job Summary
We are seeking a Site Project Coordinator to support the mobilization, setup, and ongoing operations of a new construction site in Haskell, TX. This person will be one of the first team members onsite and will play a key role in taking the site from an initial setup through a fully operational work environment.
The ideal candidate has previous experience setting up and mobilizing a construction site or field office and is comfortable coordinating multiple vendors, contractors, internal teams, and site personnel. This is a highly hands-on coordination role requiring someone who can identify what a site needs, determine who needs to provide it, and drive the necessary activities to completion.
Job Duties
- Coordinate the mobilization and initial setup of a new construction site, including identifying site needs, establishing priorities, coordinating vendors, and tracking readiness.
- Coordinate the setup and ongoing operation of jobsite trailers and temporary offices, including placement, furniture, desks, storage, HVAC, lighting, printers, office supplies, signage, and other facilities.
- Coordinate temporary power requirements, including generators, temporary electrical service, distribution, outlets, and power needs for trailers, computers, HVAC, tools, and other site equipment.
- Coordinate internet, Wi-Fi, communications, and IT infrastructure for the jobsite, including internet providers, network equipment, connectivity, computers, printers, phones, and related services.
- Coordinate site access and security requirements, including badging, onboarding, background checks, orientations, parking, gate access, visitors, deliveries, and other site-specific requirements.
- Coordinate site logistics, including laydown areas, material and equipment storage, deliveries, staging areas, dumpsters, portable toilets, water, break areas, parking, and site traffic.
- Coordinate the setup and availability of site equipment, tools, tablets, vehicles, and other resources required for project personnel.
- Coordinate safety and site-readiness requirements, including orientations, safety signage, PPE, emergency information, first-aid resources, and other site safety needs in coordination with the Safety team.
- Coordinate employee and contractor onboarding, including site access, required documentation, orientation, assignments, and readiness to begin work.
- Coordinate with General Contractors, subcontractors, vendors, IT, Safety, People Leaders, Discipline Managers, and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure site requirements are completed on schedule.
- Support the development and maintenance of the site work calendar, personnel rotations, visitor schedules, vendor schedules, and other site activities.
- Coordinate housing and lodging logistics for project personnel as needed.
- Manage ongoing site needs including office supplies, food and beverages, equipment, utilities, vendors, and other general site services.
- Assist with general conditions planning, budget tracking, site expenses, purchase orders, and related documentation.
- Coordinate third-party labor contracts, time charging, timesheet processes, and personnel-related administrative requirements.
- Support the assignment and onboarding of additional personnel as the project workforce grows.
- Coordinate mobilization and demobilization activities, including removal of temporary facilities, equipment, furniture, materials, and other site resources at project completion.
- Maintain clear communication and follow-up to ensure site needs are addressed and outstanding items are resolved.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience setting up, mobilizing, or establishing a construction site, jobsite office, field office, or temporary construction facility.
- Construction industry experience with exposure to field operations, site logistics, project administration, or construction coordination.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating with vendors, subcontractors, contractors, and internal project teams.
- Experience coordinating multiple site requirements simultaneously, including facilities, equipment, utilities, supplies, access, logistics, or personnel.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to independently identify site needs and coordinate solutions.
- Ability to work onsite in Haskell, TX.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with construction site mobilization and demobilization from start to finish.
- Experience coordinating jobsite trailers, temporary power, generators, internet/Wi-Fi, utilities, or temporary facilities.
- Experience with construction site badging, access control, onboarding, orientations, or workforce coordination.
- Experience coordinating equipment, material deliveries, laydown areas, storage, fleet, or site logistics.
- Experience with timekeeping, payroll/time charging, job costing, purchase orders, invoices, expenses, or general conditions.
- Experience working in data center, industrial, electrical, utility, energy, infrastructure, or other large-scale construction environments.
- Experience coordinating with General Contractors and multiple construction trades.
