Responsibilities
- Support the HR team during maternity leave coverage, including onboarding, interview scheduling, and employee relations.
- Manage new hires onboarding processes and assist with I-9 verification, background checks, and drug screens.
- Coordinate employee communications and support HR initiatives to enhance workforce engagement.
- Support the use of Workday for HR functions and maintain accurate employee records.
- Experience supporting employee onboarding and employee relations.
- Proficiency with Workday HR software.
- High energy and strong communication skills.
- Prior experience supporting HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on-site from Monday to Thursday, with remote work on Fridays.
- No government clearance required.
