File Clerk Job Responsibilities:
- Assist leasing operations by filing, answering calls, accepting applications, and managing front desk duties of the lease office
- Support leasing consultant with administrative tasks to ensure smooth onboarding and tenant services.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, document management, and customer interaction during scheduled hours.
File Clerk Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in clerical, administrative, or customer service roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency with standard office software (MS Office Suite).
