Overview
We are looking for a dedicated HR Service Associate who excels in handling repetitive tasks independently and collaboratively within a team setting. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, eager to learn, and capable of maintaining high productivity while working remotely.
Responsibilities
- Audit and extend job offers
- Create, refresh, and fill requisitions
- Enter Core HR transactions (promotions, pay increases, terminations)
- Perform various tasks related to system clean-up
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Ability to consistently perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Productive in a remote work environment; reliable internet connection required
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
