Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support onsite visitor logistics, badge management, and meeting coordination for a client of ours in Allentown, PA. This position is responsible for ensuring all guests follow facility security protocols, safety regulations, and cGMP requirements while supporting daily front-desk and administrative operations.
Responsibilities
- Create/manage visitor badges; verify identity and required screenings
- Maintain accurate visitor logs
- Escort visitors through approved areas; ensure PPE and site rules are followed
- Coordinate conference room scheduling and catering; set up/reset meeting spaces
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years in reception, hospitality, security, or coordination
- Strong communication/customer service skills; comfortable with calendars/software
- Able to stand/walk for extended periods; occasional lifting up to 25 lbs
- Pharma/biotech experience a plus (not required)
