Responsibilities
- Collect, review, and organize raw material regulatory, technical, and sustainability documentation from suppliers and internal databases
- Support chemist with raw materials needed for formula development
- Prioritize raw materials for review and update based on requirements, business needs, and project timelines
- Track progress and maintain visibility of outstanding documentation requests
- Partner with global R&D and Product Lifecycle Management teams to obtain and validate raw material information
- Observe and understand current workflows, pain points, and opportunities
- Gather input and translate needs into actionable improvements
- Advance digital, system, and process capabilities by:
- Creating, improving, and maintaining Excel tools (tracking, reporting, automation)
- Supporting implementation and adoption of new software or systems
- Developing simple, practical digital solutions that improve efficiency and data quality
- Assist with documentation, process mapping, and basic computer training materials as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data organization, reporting; automation a plus)
- Strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and process minded
- Strong listening skills with a proactive, solution oriented mindset
- Comfortable balancing both administrative tasks and technical problem solving
- Science or Engineering background preferred
