Responsibilities:
- Lead the company’s finance function, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, reporting, and compliance
- Partner with operations to drive profitability, improve working capital, and support better decision-making through actionable financial insights
- Oversee month-end and year-end close processes and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting for leadership and key stakeholders
- Guide cost accounting, inventory accounting, and product costing to strengthen margin reporting and operational visibility
- Manage relationships with external partners (banks, auditors, advisors) and support risk management and internal controls
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA and/or MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including senior-level responsibility for a team
- Strong background in manufacturing finance, including cost accounting, inventory, and variance analysis
- Experience using ERP/financial systems to improve reporting, controls, and process efficiency (ERP implementation experience a plus)
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Salary: $160,000 - $175,000
