Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:
- Support daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders.
- Accurately handle and organize screws, bolts, fasteners, and other industrial hardware products.
- Maintain clean, organized inventory locations and bin systems to ensure operational efficiency.
- Organize pallets, incoming shipments, and warehouse storage areas.
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory using scales and inventory tracking procedures.
- Follow warehouse safety standards and contribute to a productive team environment.
- Demonstrate leadership potential and willingness to take on increased responsibilities as part of a future supervisory role.
Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout scheduled shifts.
- Maintain a Valid Driver's License
- Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on inventory and order accuracy.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Motivated to grow into a Warehouse Supervisor or management position.
