Responsibilities
- Create and refine business cases for new capital initiatives.
- Analyze technology requests, develop cost estimates, and assess financial impacts.
- Ensure alignment with organizational strategy and capital planning guidelines.
- Lead the annual budget planning process for technology initiatives.
- Track actuals vs. budget throughout the year, identifying variances and risks.
- Ensure project costs follow internal controls and financial guidelines.
- Track initiative progress across the portfolio, including milestones, spend, and forecasts.
- Manage and update initiative packages, ensuring all components are complete for approval.
- Support technology managers by championing initiative progress through internal processes.
- Operate in an Agile environment, shifting responsibilities based on project needs.
- Participate in and lead weekly meetings to coordinate stakeholders and ensure momentum.
- Facilitate communication between business, finance, tech leads, sourcing, and contracts.
- Serve as liaison between technology teams and supporting functions (finance, sourcing, etc.).
- Communicate status updates, risks, and blockers to leadership and project managers.
- Support documentation, reporting, and executive-ready updates as needed.
