Responsibilities:
- Review federal, state, and local income tax returns for the corporation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Develop and implement tax optimization strategies to minimize tax liability
- Mentor others on the team and assist in their professional development
- Manage research and support for corporate income tax federal and state tax audits
- Review and assist with calculating the annual forecast for the income tax accrual
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting with 8-12 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with creating report queries for data manipulation
- Ability to lead teams, manage workflows, and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex regulations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle sensitive information
- Great attitude with a strong work ethic
Salary: $130K - $150K
