Responsibilities
- Resolve incident tickets related to identity management and access.
- Fulfill Service Catalog requests to manage user access and permissions.
- Complete release and change tickets to ensure system updates are properly implemented.
- Handle security vulnerability remediation tasks involving Saviynt configuration changes.
- Reduce security risks, enhance compliance, and improve user experience through proper access management.
- Support Identity Management and Governance services with 5-10 years of specialized experience.
- 5-10 years of experience supporting Identity Management and Governance services.
- Proficiency with Saviynt or similar identity access management tools.
- Strong understanding of security vulnerability remediation and change management processes.
- Experience in handling incident resolution, service requests, and release management.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with flexibility for rotational on-call duties.
