Responsibilities
- Coating operations, assembly of product, and associated support
- Efficiently perform production operations according to Work Instructions (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Perform in-process monitoring and recording of product quality
- Report up deviations in product from established standards
- Follow safe work and good housekeeping practices and report any unsafe conditions and incidents
- Make recommendations for continuous improvement
- Use basic hand and power tools
- Take on any other duties which are within the employee’s skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed

- Ability to perform coating operations and assembly tasks
- Use of basic hand and power tools
- Adherence to safety and good housekeeping practices
- Effective monitoring and recording skills
