Responsibilities
- Design a wide range of experimental protocols related to reagent and assay investigations in support of product quality and compliance.
- Execute bench experiments, make detailed observations, analyze data, and prepare technical reports and summaries.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of experiments and procedures.
- Identify and implement improvements to work processes and laboratory environment.
- Work on complex problems requiring in-depth evaluation, exercising judgment within defined policies.
- Participate in cross-functional technical teams such as failure investigations or core teams.
- Collaborate across departments including Global Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Customer Support.
- Troubleshoot problems, institute corrective actions, and promote quality first time.
- Establish interfaces with other organizational groups and suggest creative solutions to problems.
- Present experimental procedures and results to group and project teams.
- Bachelor's Degree in Science (e.g., MCB, Biology, Chemistry, Physiology)
- 4 years relevant job experience
- Experience with wet lab techniques, including IHC, histology, or tissue diagnostics (preferred)
- Experience in root-cause analysis, investigation, and issue resolution in R&D settings
- Familiarity with regulated quality systems, CAPA, NCR processes
- Previous manufacturing or product development experience
- Experience with ADO (Azure DevOps) or Agile methodologies
