Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday-Friday
- Support Project Managers in the execution of capital projects by coordinating project activities, tracking action items, and communicating with cross-functional teams.
- Attend project meetings, assist with equipment installations, FAT/SAT and validation activities, work with engineering teams and suppliers to resolve technical issues, and maintain project documentation.
- The role will involve spending time both in the office and on the manufacturing floor while learning the project lifecycle and progressively taking ownership of project tasks.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- 0–2 years of engineering experience (internships and co-op experience considered).
- Strong Communication & Organizational Skills
- Strong Technical Aptitude & Willingness to Learn
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or other project management certifications are a plus but not required.
- Exposure to manufacturing processes, automation, or robotics.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement principles.
- Experience using Microsoft Project, Excel, or other project management tools.
