Responsibilities
- Maintain all production areas in a clean and orderly manner in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Perform repairs and maintenance of facilities, wells, production equipment, and safety equipment.
- Ensure continuous operation of production platforms.
- Maintain accurate production reports, test safety and environmental equipment, and document such activities.
- Possess basic machinery and system troubleshooting skills and knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems.
- Understand planning and scheduling techniques related to asset care management.
- Maintain production standards and targets, identify areas for process improvement.
- Document production activities by completing forms, reports, logs, and records of equipment and batches.
- Perform all duties in a safe manner consistent with company safety policies.
- Complete required records, reports, logs, and documentation accurately and thoroughly.
- Maintain quality standards and production pace.
Requirements
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working on a production line.
- Experience working in a GMP/SOP environment.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for machinery and systems.
- Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems.
