Responsibilities
- Operate various card production equipment to personalize debit/credit cards according to customer specifications
- Work with other operators, technicians, and supervisory staff to achieve daily and monthly goals
- Perform minor equipment maintenance and adjustments per written and oral instructions
- Conduct quality inspections on own work according to production standards
- Identify potential production and quality problems, recommending remedial, corrective, or contingency actions
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Order supplies as needed and attend appropriate training and meetings
- Ensure compliance with all security and production policies and procedures
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Basic computer skills
- Basic math skills required
- Good communication skills in both written and verbal
- Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions in various forms
- Ability to establish credibility and be decisive while supporting organizational priorities
- 1-3 years experience in mechanical ability
- 1-3 years experience in safety rules and maintenance instructions
- Intermediate computer skills
- Physical ability to stand and operate a machine for 6+ hours a day
