Responsibilities
- Provide technical sales support by responding to customer inquiries
- Build and maintain customer relationships via phone, email, and on-site visits
- Perform application testing and evaluation
- Help customers select the right products for their needs
- Develop technical solutions tailored to customer requirements
- Prepare quotes and proposals
- Follow up with customers after proposals and solution delivery
Requirements
- Experience in manufacturing; automation industry background is a plus
- Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings
- Working knowledge of PLC-based controls, electrical systems, and pneumatic systems, including reading schematics
- Hands-on experience with toolroom measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, depth gauges) is preferred
- Familiarity with manual lathes, mills, and surface grinders is preferred
- Proficient with standard office software, such as Microsoft Office
- Experience with CAD software is preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 20% annually
