System One is currently seeking a
Sales, Use & Property Tax Analyst on a 6 month contract position located in Minneapolis, MN.
Analyst Responsibilities:
- Filing and paying sales, use and property tax returns and bills
- Processing 3,000 property tax bills per jurisdiction (Minnesota & Colorado)
- Preparing property tax renditions and supporting work papers
- Assisting with sales and use tax audits (invoice pulls, taxability research)
- Reconciling data and providing explanations (final approval by team lead)
Analyst Requirements:
- 4-6 years in tax-related roles
- Bachelors in accounting or Economics preferred
- High-volume processing experience preferred
- Utility, telecom or railroad industry experience preferred
- Large corporate/matrix environment experience acceptable
