Responsibilities
- Accurately input data, manage, and maintain documentation related to Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and Health Care Organizations (HCOs), including transfer(s) of value (ToV)
- Review requests received from Business Partners, collaborating to ensure all required information is complete, accurate, and clear
- Track and monitor submitted requests through to final approval of transactions
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to maintain transparency, accountability, and regulatory compliance related to ToV to HCPs
- Support all process and system improvements to enhance efficiency, simplicity, and responsiveness
- Maintain knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to HCP engagements and ToV to HCPs
- At minimum, a bachelor’s degree in business administration, pharmaceutical, healthcare administration, or relevant field
- This is an entry level position; prior professional experience or internships at a pharmaceutical company are preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization
- Strong and clear communication skills
- Quick learner with a hands-on approach and proactive attitude
- Project management experience is preferred
- Proven compliance-focused mindset
- Receptive, self-aware, and culturally sensitive, comfortable collaborating with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, including international teams
- Experience with Pharma Health Care Compliance system is highly desirable
- Ability to prioritize, identify matters for escalation, and manage ambiguity effectively
- Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously across various stages of approval
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all organization levels
