Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service with a customer-focused mindset, taking ownership of the order management process from initial entry to product delivery.
- Interface with customers, internal, and external partners to build successful relationships.
- Manage multiple SAP transactions including order entry, returns, credits/debits, quality notifications, outputs, deliveries/shipments, and invoices.
- Build relationships with the commercial team to exceed customer expectations.
- Analyze customer ordering patterns to anticipate needs and proactively address issues.
- Serve as a liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters (EDI/Capture/My DuPont).
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Review daily reports to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Investigate and resolve customer disputes efficiently, engaging with credit and sales teams as needed.
- Make decisions regarding customer returns within delegated authority.
- Relay relevant customer information to the account manager regarding forecasts, projects, or organizational changes.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and a customer service mindset.
- Experience with SAP or equivalent systems.
- High School Diploma required; College degree preferred.
- Order entry experience and customer service background.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (subject to change).
- No specific security clearance required.
