Responsibilities
- Perform advanced production processes in either Axial or ISO/TVP, working more independently to meet production goals.
- Set up and operate Axial or ISO/TVP machinery, ensuring parts are within tolerance using a micrometer.
- Achieve 80% of the production rate and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and follow autonomous maintenance practices.
- Use Epicor system proficiently for production tracking and reporting.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety and cleanliness compliance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of manufacturing experience.
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers).
- Ability to read and interpret part prints.
- Basic troubleshooting skills.
- Action-oriented, independent, and able to work at a quick pace with a sense of urgency.
- Demonstrates creativity in problem-solving and maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborative team player who supports colleagues effectively.
- Upholds organizational values, integrity, and a proactive attitude.
- Capable of work in a clean, well-lit production environment, standing and manual dexterity required.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. and understand verbal instructions.
