Receptionist Job Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and direct calls effectively, providing excellent customer service.
- Order office supplies from inventory stock in warehouse cage area for office and stores.
- Complete projects as needed in Excel, demonstrating strong data management skills.
- Perform data entry of small orders into computer systems accurately and efficiently.
Receptionist Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
