Position Overview
We are seeking two experienced HVAC Service Sales Representatives to join a growing team in the Phoenix market! This is a great opportunity for sales professionals with a background in commercial HVAC sales who want to grow their book of business, build strong customer relationships, and earn unlimited commission.
The ideal candidates will have proven HVAC sales experience, a strong understanding of commercial HVAC service, and the ability to develop new business while maintaining long-term client relationships. You'll be joining a great team with a collaborative culture and the support needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities for commercial HVAC service and maintenance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers, facility managers, property managers, and building owners.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC service solutions.

Generate leads through networking, prospecting, referrals, and existing industry relationships.

Prepare and present proposals, service agreements, and sales presentations.

Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing.

Partner with service managers and field teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Meet and exceed sales goals while helping grow the company's commercial service business.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer accounts.
Requirements

Previous HVAC sales experience required.

Commercial HVAC experience required.

Strong understanding of commercial HVAC service, maintenance, and customer needs.

Proven ability to develop new business and close sales.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.

Ability to work collaboratively with a team while managing your own sales pipeline.
Compensation & Benefits

$80,000–$90,000 base salary, depending on experience.
