Schedule: Sunday-Tuesday (Every other Wednesday) 5:30PM-6:00AM. 4 built in hours of overtime every 2 weeks
Pay Range: $35-$44/hour
Responsibilities:
- Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on simple/manual; semi automated; and certain aspects of fully automated manufacturing equipment.
- Corrective maintenance activities include: troubleshooting of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, controls, and electrical systems; and minor equipment performance improvement activities
- Supports equipment performance improvement projects and process validation activities.
- Contributes to process optimization and scrap reduction efforts through equipment design improvements, improvements to operating and maintenance procedures, and maintenance activities.
- Independently troubleshoots equipment with a high degree of quality and reliability.
- Implements permanent corrective actions to eliminate recurrent problems.
Requirements:
- HS Degree/GED
- 2-5 years of troubleshooting experience with Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic/Pneumatic
Controls Logic, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC’s), Ethernet communication, DeviceNet, Networks in an industrial, ideally heavily regulated (device, pharma, biotech, defense, aerospace) - 2+ years of PLC experience required
- Experience with root cause analysis
- Experience supporting production and maintenance for medical devices
- Experience with extrusion/molding equipment is a major plus!!
