Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and office support
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with scheduling
- Maintain organized electronic and physical records
- Assist with accounts receivable and invoice processing
- Enter financial data and maintain records in QuickBooks
- Process customer payments and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Perform account reconciliations and assist with balancing financial records
- Support basic bookkeeping functions including expense tracking and data entry
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents
- Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Assist with additional office and accounting duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 1+ years of administrative, bookkeeping, or accounting experience
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, accounts receivable, and reconciliations
- Experience with QuickBooks preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience with invoice entry, payment processing, and reconciliations
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
