Overview
Drafter needed to perform Mechanical 3D Modeling with SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD package.
Responsibilities
- Create and update technical drawings, plans, and schematics to support engineering and production processes
- Review designs for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards
- Collaborate with engineers and project teams to develop design solutions
- Maintain drawing files, revisions, and documentation
- Support design changes and updates throughout project lifecycles
- Ensure all drawings follow company and industry standards
- AS Degree Preferred; equivalent amount of work experrience also acceptable
- 2yrs relevant experience in Drafting/Design
- Experience with 3D CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
- Basic understanding of engineering principles and design standards
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in CAD and technical drawing tools
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple design tasks and deadlines
