Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical and scheduling support to Housing Choice Voucher Program Operations
- Process contracts, verifications, reports, and logs as assigned
- Prepare and maintain files, records, and reports (filing, scanning, indexing)
- Manage recertification, intake scheduling, and tracking procedures
- Serve as a liaison regarding scheduled/missed appointments
- Provide general program information and assist with customer inquiries
- Support front desk reception as needed and assist with additional departmental tasks
Requirements:
- 1+ year of administrative experience; housing program or similar field a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills; experience working with diverse clientele
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent 3 years of relevant experience)
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
