Overview
We are seeking an experienced Analytical Chemist to support analytical testing, method validation, and method transfer activities within a laboratory environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Gas Chromatography (GC), analytical method validation, and method transfer, along with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting. Candidates with experience in either QC or R&D Analytical laboratories will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Support analytical testing, method validation, and method transfer activities within a laboratory environment.
- Execute and support analytical method validation activities, primarily focused on Gas Chromatography (GC) methods.
- Perform method transfer studies for new and existing products, ensuring successful transfer and verification of analytical methods.
- Conduct laboratory testing and data analysis in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.
- Provide technical support for analytical investigations and troubleshooting as needed.
- Train and mentor laboratory analysts on validated methods and routine testing procedures.
- Support QC testing activities as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
- 3+ years of laboratory experience in an analytical environment.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Gas Chromatography (GC), including capillary GC (required)
- Titration techniques (required)
- Method Validation (required)
- Method Transfer (required)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong documentation and data analysis skills.
