Job Title: Application Engineer Adhesive Technologies
Location: Irvine, CA
Shift: M-F 8-5, 1 hour lunch
Type: Contract 9 months
Pay: $25-30/hour
Requirements:
- B.S. Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, or Material Science
- Strong communication and good interpersonal skills
- Working with internal and cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated laboratory skills
- Presenting results to technical team
- Statistical analysis
Responsibilities:
- Working together application engineer to develop the semiconductor packaging material for advanced packaging.
- It requires ownership and responsibility for assigned work and will operate the semiconductor application equipment including failure analysis
