Overview
The Brand Partnerships Coordinator will support product fulfillment and operational activities that drive brand engagement programs and partnerships. This role is responsible for coordinating product distribution, managing inventory, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely execution of product requests. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support product fulfillment and operational activities that drive brand engagement programs and partnerships.
- Coordinate product requests and gifting initiatives supporting brand partnerships and marketing programs.
- Ensure requests are processed accurately, efficiently, and within established timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support partnership-related product needs.
- Manage end-to-end product shipment coordination, including order processing, shipping documentation, and delivery tracking.
- Partner with warehouse, mailroom, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless fulfillment and distribution.
- Monitor shipments and communicate updates, delays, and resolutions proactively.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and track product availability.
- Update internal trackers, databases, and shared files with shipment details, order statuses, timelines, and tracking information.
- Ensure all addresses, tracking numbers, and order information are entered accurately and maintained with high precision.
- Identify and resolve inventory, shipping, and fulfillment issues before impacting deadlines.
- Anticipate bottlenecks and escalate risks proactively.
- Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle high volumes of requests and competing priorities.
- Experience in logistics, fulfillment, inventory management, operations, or administrative coordination preferred.
- Ability to independently identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and inventory or tracking systems preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
