Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of requirements and plans to deliver technology projects, working closely with business departments and senior analysts.
- Gather and document business requirements, translating them into project plans and deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal client groups to understand business needs, map and analyze end-to-end processes, and document requirements.
- Work with technical resources to create technical documentation and recommend solutions or enhancements aligned with business and technology strategies.
- Develop and execute test scripts, conduct quality assurance activities, and document results.
- Create reports and status updates, maintain agile boards, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Identify, research, and resolve issues proactively, providing updates to business users.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or relevant fields
- Minimum 2 years of business analysis or relevant experience
- Excellent analytical skills and experience organizing informal projects
- Ability to work under pressure
- Working knowledge of MS Suite tools, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience with large organizations, understanding of technology and systems
- Knowledge of business analysis tools and methodologies, Agile development, Azure DevOps, and project management methodologies
- Technical writing skills and the ability to develop functional/technical specifications
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
