Civil PE Engineer
System One is partnering with an architectural firm seeking a Civil PE Engineer in the Englewood, Colorado area. Responsibilities include:
- Lead site civil projects from start to finish, including initial due diligence, entitlement, design development, and construction administration
- Develop comprehensive site designs, including intricate grading plans and utility layouts for water, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage
- Build surfaces, pipe networks, and alignments efficiently using Civil 3D, demonstrating advanced proficiency ("power user") skills
- Manage project tasks related to commercial land development with minimal technical training required
- Professional Engineer (PE) license; Colorado license preferred
- Deep knowledge of Civil 3D software and its functionalities
- Experience leading site civil projects from inception to completion
- Solid understanding of utility layouts and grading plans in land development
- Proven ability to develop surfaces, pipe networks, and alignments efficiently
- Experience in commercial land development projects
