CNC Production Specialist

Description:
- Review customer requirements and develop machining center solutions to manufacture pieces.
- Assist in configuration and design of the CNC Machining centers, mills and lathes for customers.
- Collaborate with the design engineers and supervisor to develop an accessory list.
- Support programming and set-up of machines to run properly.
- Identify proper materials and tools needed for the machines to run properly and notate.
- Participate in troubleshooting issues during the manufacturing process.
- Assist in quality control tests during the manufacturing stage and on final product.
- Train new staff on machine operation procedures.
Qualifications:
- Must be open to performing various tasks throughout each shift.
- Previous CNC Set-Up/Programming and Operation experience - at least 5 years.
- Must be able to formulate codes based on blueprints and work with the team to ensure design accuracy.
