Job Title: Color Lab Technician / Color Lab Support Associate
Location: Shakeopee, MN

Compensation: $22 per hour

Hours: M-F 7 AM- 4 PM
Responsibilities
- Prepare products and samples to support Color Lab operations
- Transfer product from 5-gallon pails into quart containers accurately
- Pour and transfer coating materials safely and efficiently
- Prepare and solidify products and samples according to laboratory procedures
- Label, package, and organize customer samples for shipment
- Verify sample accuracy before shipment
- Perform routine checks on automatic pigment dispensers
- Calibrate laboratory equipment as needed
- Follow all safety, health, environmental, and quality procedures
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Report unsafe conditions, accidents, and hazards immediately
- Support ISO quality and environmental compliance initiatives
- Complete special projects and other duties assigned by the Color Lab Supervisor
- Maintain high standards of safety, environmental responsibility, teamwork, and performance
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability and willingness to support the Color Lab team in a laboratory and manufacturing environment
- Previous experience in coatings, paint, manufacturing, laboratory, or related environments is preferred but not required
- Ability to safely handle and transfer coating and laboratory materials
- Ability to pour and transfer products from large containers into smaller containers
- Ability to prepare, solidify, and package products and samples according to established procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions and procedures
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver containers weighing up to 65 lbs
