Overview
This position supports a global cosmetic manufacturer specializing in large?scale production of nail polish and related beauty products. The organization emphasizes color innovation, strict regulatory compliance, and collaboration with leading beauty brands worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Apply, evaluate, and refine laboratory and chemical processes while maintaining accurate and detailed documentation
- Collaborate closely with cross?functional teams including R&D, Quality Control, and Production
- Operate analytical instruments to perform viscosity testing, water testing, and other routine lab analyses
- Conduct drawdowns, visual color evaluations, and spectrophotometer measurements
- Compare samples against color standards to ensure batch?to?batch consistency and quality
- Learn and follow established laboratory procedures, including additional testing methods as required
- Maintain a clean, organized lab environment in compliance with safety and GMP guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline (flexible on degree field)
- 1–3 years of Quality Control or laboratory experience preferred (+ Recent grad with chemistry lab experience)
- Experience working with color, pigments, coatings, or cosmetic formulations strongly desired
- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated color acuity
- Willingness to learn and adapt; suitable for recent graduates with lab exposure
