Job Title: Color Matching Technician
Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA

Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM; 40 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Match colors and create stucco samples
- Input color formulas into the color system
- Prepare sample shipments and deliveries
- Inventory lab supplies products
- Coordinate / Fulfill sample requests with department team
Requirements
- Ability to see and define color
- Able to stand long periods of time
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Previous color matching in the ink or paint industry is a plus
- Experience mixing liquid or dry colors to achieve specific shades
- Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, division) for scale-up processes
- Cannot be color blind
- Candidates with experience in printing ink manufacturing, paint companies like Benjamin Moore or Sherwin Williams, or retail paint sections at stores like Home Depot or Lowes are preferred
- Must be flexible to work Saturdays during busy periods, typically from early morning until noon
