Responsibilities
- Review contracts to accurately determine the term and expiration date of each agreement.
- Follow established procedures to archive contracts, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.
- Analyze contract documents, record relevant term details, and process files for secure archiving in accordance with company protocols.
- Ensure attention to detail, adherence to compliance guidelines, and proper management of confidential information.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to track, organize, and analyze contract data effectively.
- Coordinate with team members and maintain accuracy throughout workflow.
- Perform light lifting, including moving, carrying, and organizing boxes with contracts.
- Zero years of minimum experience required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to perform light physical tasks including moving and organizing boxes.
