Responsibilities
- Provide customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications.
- Ensure that good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively, and in accordance with consumer laws.
- Develop organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers.
- Develop improvement plans in response to customer surveys.
- Follow clearly defined procedures and tasks, as well as guidelines for decision making.
- Apply technical procedures that are well defined, working within well-established routines and procedures in the discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume call center environment.
- Knowledge acquired through experience, specialized education, or training related to customer service.
- Basic understanding of work routines and procedures in the customer service discipline.
- Ability to work within well-defined procedures and guidelines.
