Responsibilities
- Provide customer services related to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications.
- Maintain good customer relations and ensure customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively, and in accordance with consumer laws.
- Develop organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers.
- Create improvement plans based on customer surveys.
- Follow well-defined procedures and guidelines to aid in decision making.
- Work within established routines and procedures in the discipline.
- Complete training from Monday to Friday; after 2-3 weeks of training, work schedule will be Sunday-Thursday, 8 am-5 pm PST.
- This is a remote role.
- Minimum of 2 or more years of experience in customer service roles.
- Basic understanding of work routines and procedures in customer service or related disciplines.
- Ability to follow well-defined procedures and guidelines.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
