Joule is seeking a Contract Associate to support end-to-end contract and requisition workflow management in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will be supporting cross-functional partners across Procurement, Finance, and Legal to keep contracting and purchasing processes moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and manage a large volume of contracts from draft through final signature
- Create and submit contract and financial requisitions in SAP/Ariba
- Support vendor research/validation and new supplier setup/updates as needed
- Draft and route NDAs, SOWs, and change orders for review/negotiation
- Act as liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive execution
Qualifications
- Prior contract management/administration experience required
- Strong SAP/Ariba experience highly preferred
- Detail-oriented (proofreading/editing), organized, and able to prioritize under tight timelines
- Strong communication skills and comfort navigating ambiguity/complex workflows
