Summary
System One is assisting a Tulsa client with a search for a Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This role leads enterprise planning, forecasting, and financial strategy while partnering with executives to drive performance and growth.

Responsibilities

Lead FP&A function, team, and enterprise planning processes
Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
Partner with leadership on strategy, insights, and decision support
Deliver reporting, variance analysis, and performance metrics
Drive process improvements, systems, and analytics

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
12+ years of finance experience with FP&A leadership
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
Experience leading teams and influencing senior leadership
Manufacturing experience preferred; MBA/CPA/CFA a plus

Salary: $170K - $200K
