Responsibilities
- Disinfect and sanitize air handler chamber walls, floors, and ceilings
- Replace pre-filter and main filters
- Work from ladders safely to access hard-to-reach areas
- Ensure safety precautions are followed in hazardous work environments
- Use provided disposable rubber gloves, safety glasses, and N95 masks during tasks
- Wear safety and non-slip shoes at all times
- Work in uncomfortable positions and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in cleaning or sanitation work, particularly in hard-to-reach places
- Knowledge of safety precautions when working in hazardous areas
- Ability to work from ladders and in uncomfortable positions
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable and able to adhere to scheduled work days from Monday to Friday excluding holidays
