Responsibilities
- Support business partners by providing expertise on mortgage and equity processes from start to finish
- Utilize knowledge of real estate lending systems and assist with troubleshooting complex system tickets related to mortgages and equity
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and leadership to resolve system issues and outages, including providing root cause analysis and stakeholder communications
- Participate in testing, implementation, and enhancement of software and systems, ensuring regulatory and procedural compliance
- Research and analyze problems, recommend operational improvements, and assist with process troubleshooting and documentation
- Contribute to weekend and off-hours support, including system validations and coverage on a rotational basis
- Handle escalated inquiries related to member accounts, general ledger, and internal systems, providing prompt and accurate responses
- Perform software testing, implement new processes, and support cross-organizational projects to improve operational efficiency
- Other duties as assigned to support business operations and system stability
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Entry level knowledge of real estate systems and processes
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with SQL queries and system troubleshooting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and adapt to new technologies
- Willingness to work on weekends and off-hours in a rotation schedule
- Prior experience in financial or real estate support roles preferred
