Responsibilities
- Maintain all production areas in a clean and orderly manner consistent with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Perform repairs and maintenance of facilities, wells, production equipment, and safety equipment.
- Ensure continuous operation of production platforms.
- Maintain accurate production reports, test safety and environmental equipment, and document such activities.
- Possess basic machinery/system troubleshooting skills and knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems.
- Understand planning and scheduling techniques related to asset care management.
- Maintain production standards and targets, and identify areas for process improvement.
- Complete all required records, reports, logs, and documentation accurately and in detail.
- Maintain quality standards and production pace.
- Operate safely in accordance with company safety policies.
Requirements
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working on a production or packaging line.
- Experience working in a GMP/SOP environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot machinery and systems at a basic level.
- Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems.
- Good documentation skills for recording production and maintenance activities.
